Structure file IDE - Eloctro - 04.05.2012

Hello ,I will like know the struture of file IDE
Example : 5568, LODxcomptonbrij3, lod2lae1, 1500, 0
5568 is modelid
LODxcomptonbrij3 and lod2lae1 are texture
But what is 1500 and 0 ?

Seems like it is the draw distance and some other flags which aren't being used.

But if i increase the value of draw distance at 2500.
We will see the object in 2500 ?

I have problem ,i use gostown in file custom and plugin stream of ingognito but when i'm in vehicle i stream the object but it is transparent ,I have to exit the vehicle for see the object .Why ?

How to correct this bug ?
