[REQUEST]Audio - Marcuse - 03.05.2012

I really need a scripter that whoud put a /vradio cmd in my script and play audio stream for a player i mean the whole cmd e.g. when i type /vradio i can select many radios from a dialog but only if i am VIP.The reward-1337 plus credit.
Also (not nessesary) if that person choud put an mp3 cmd or an on foot radio maybe he whoud get 1338.
Please help me.
I read the wikki and tuts but i cant do it (((
