I have credit card and i wan to host my server.. So when i use credit card on paypal so will it be saved. I want to say that will my credit card number will save??

Paypal has your details, not the host.

And i live in pakistan and there is not Pakistan in Paypal so can i add India?? Cuz india is nearest country..?

If you want to verify the paypal you have to provide the correct details like your country..

Yeah, if the server is MYSQL Based, you have to upload everythung.
