Hello there, I am wondering about something so I haver faction vehicles set up but after like 5 mins extra ones spawn on the top of them HELP!!!!!!!!! [+REP]

I think there is an timer which create the same vehicle's over time by time.
open up your pawn press CTRL-F and check for "SetTimer" and check if there is any such timer.

I think I fixed it by adding streamer but now the script says unknown while streamer is loaded with the other plugins

Maybe because your sscanf plugin is not up to date.
Update that plugin and recompile your scripts with the new sscanf2.inc
