I buyed a Volt-Host server and i need help putting all the files to Host and starting it up,

Get a FTP program "File Transfer Protocol". Ex.filezilla. Then go to FTP Setup, and create one. With you username and pass, with your details. Then its easier to transfer files.

Why did you bought a server when you can't even setup a samp server by yourself ? Have you even tried it by yourself first ?
