Webbrowser FS/Plugin - Webghost - 29.04.2012

I know i have seen it somewhere and i have an idea for a script...

You can tell it to visit a website and get a result back, then use it for something in the gamemode...
I have searched and searched without finding it - i KNOW i have seen it here before... Anyone got a link?
