Why does my home hosted server always Restart?? - Josh_Main - 28.04.2012

My home hosted samp server restarts and cuts off my internet connection every 5-10 minutes and i have to wait about 2 minutes for the server and my internet to reconnect so my players can re-join the server. Why does my server always cut out my internet connection and restart, ive noticed this doesnt happen to any other home hosted servers. Also, i have a really good ISP. Bigpond37B6 500GB bandwidth wireless is my internet connection.
Please help me as i am loosing players really fast.

it would be better to have it hosted on a regular host, i recomend vortex servers, come on my vent for more information, vent info is in my sig

Using Home Hosting is never reliable then using a paid hosting. I suggest you looking for a reliable host that can run your server perfectly.

Thanks guys, ill check it out crossfire. The problem is i can buy a host i can afford it an all but my paypal account is limited and it wont let me send out any money.

Might be a scripting issue.

But i do recommend you buy a host and most if not all of your problems will cease.

Instead of you ALL trying to sell of your services to him, which is quiet obviously not what he's asking for, why don't you try helping him out with the problem?!

@OP, is there anything out of the ordinary in your server log? or is your internet box/modem/router overheating? Are you using a wireless network or wired? A little bit of information would help
