Well my problem is so ... I was playing the most quiet and suddenly I'm going to aver ****** something and when I enter the server as the server is who fell, okay I'll look the state is off now that I ask the owner for that key and I says no, it is ON, then reset the ip (delete and put it back the ip sv) but nothing above it appears that there are fixed if I'm banned in the sv and the host but nothing. Reinstall the SAMP, but nothing. I turn off the firewall and avast and nothing I do?
PD: I am using the translator, sorry but those of the Spanish I learned to respond

Bueno mi problema es asi... Yo estaba jugando lo mas traki y de repente me voy a aver algo en ****** y cuando entro al servidor el server esta como que se cayo, esta bien voy a mirar el estado esta off ahora que le pregunto al dueсo pro que se cayo y me dice que no que esta ON, luego reseteo la ip(borro y la pongo denuevo la ip del sv) pero nada encima aparece que no existe, se fijan si estoy baneado en el sv y en el host pero nada. Reistalo el SAMP, pero nada. Apago el firewall y el avast y nada que hago?

Try just joining it,If not tell the owner to ban you'r IP and then Unbann it.

Your problem is the host.
Simply just ask them to manually reinstall your server and it should be fixed
The same thing happened to me
Mind telling me what host your using?
