Hi I'm looking for someone to teach me the whole of scripting I do know some but still nasicly a noob and can only make so much things

Not everyone else. I found someone who's been helping me, I got lucky and didn't have to pay. But most likely you'd have to.

Don't worry now I got a teacher and brandon I have been reading the wiki page along with some tuts on this forum but I find it much more easy if I have a teacher as I can ask question or I don't understand something I can ask

Its hard for learning it and much harder for teaching, if you still want to learn then try samp wiki that is not hard.

you can only learn by trying, Try to make something which looks hard to you, and then ask on SA-MP Forums for help "If you can't figure/fix it out" and when it's fixed have a copy of that script and try making it more advance and much more code/script and you'll learn it too fast and the best thing,you'll learn it yourself.

Yea Rudy_ is right, I also learnt like that, asking questions to samp community and using wiki.sa-mp.com and ******, ******* etc, finally I am a experienced scripter but no one is perfect.

btw, you can try Copying other's code and messing in it, try helping and looking in Scripting Discussion section.

You can look through some released gamemodes here in the forums and use it as a reference to learn and make your own script (the way i started)
