Is there any code or person that can help to make In Game ELM ( emergency light mod ) system? If you got any trick or codes please tell me..

If I remeber correctly using https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/UpdateVehicleDamageStatus and writing different code for lights it will give you a lot of types of lights. then just combine them.
