Help with Rainmeter - lolumadd_ - 22.04.2012

Does anybody have experience with Rainmeter? I'm trying to set up a theme but it doesn't quite work.

When I install it, it only installs the sidebar which is displayed on the right of the screen.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get the bottom taskbar? That's what I really want.

Or if the taskbar is a separate piece, does anyone know the name of it?
