SpawnPlayer kicking bug NOT fixed (TogglePlayerSpectating) - MP2 - 21.04.2012

If you TogglePlayerSpectating on under OnPlayerRequestClass, then show a dialog, and on the dialog response toggle spectating off, the player gets kicked unless SetSpawnInfo was used.
