Guys, whoever is making roleplay server, please make it a great strict roleplay server. First make the server in little town like Angel Pine, Dillimore or something like that then if player base will increase, we can cover Los Santos as well. Apart from that, If you making the server, I would love to help you guys designing free forums(Ofcourse
), make some sticky threads, post some cool threads etcetra.

Do not expand to Los Santos, it's overused. In stead, take some more of these small towns.

No the key to a "great roleplay server" isn't about the forums or the towns the roleplay server is based in, it's about being unique and having professionalism, no one wants to play on some shitty server where Administrators are a dime a dozen running a muck. I'd rather play on a server where I know someone took the time to learn Pawn, made their own server, their Administration team actually contributes more than they try to roleplay, and the server is paid for with a professional host. But I guess that's just me these days.

I agree for the most part. I although do think towns & forums greatly enhance it. If you have nice looking forums, active forums, nice layout and all. It pays instead of having some free forum bullshit. If you have the kind of server where the script is all fucked and un-organized, it's not wroth it. The one where you're not really contributing anything, give anyone a staff position. I think a basic script in to an extent is also cruicial. As in, if you have a bunch of never used commands, shitty features, they really shouldn't be in the script and only detract from the general mode. If you have rather basic systems, but cool commands, and you expand upon basic features your bound to have a good server.
Idk.

The problem is that Los Santos is all players know because it is overused. They're unfamiliar when playing on a server in a different environment, and so they quit and look for a server where they know where to find so and so. It's pretty sad when you think about it; I would've thought players would love exploring a place they're unfamiliar with.
