[HELP] A timer what checks if someone is driving - JeroenX - 18.04.2012

Hello,

I made a sweeperjob,
I have everything done, all markers has been set etc.

I now want to make a timer what checks if someone is driving, or is doing nothing. (for afk cash).
I have no idea how to check this,

Do you have a solution?
