i'm unsure what this means. i've been trying to get my gamemode to run and this is what is stopping it.

Have you put in your config.cfg: plugins streamer?

yes i have. i have updated them and all.

even made sure that the .so and all what is right places

Update your streamer plugin to v2.6 and recompile your script with the include that came in the plugin package[v2.6 include].
