How can I check what what is the IP of my server after portforwarding it?

http://monitor.sacnr.com/ check this link, you just need to know your server hostname to put it there and get all information about you server.. Enjoy

It did not worked correctly I dont know wht I tried to port forward that maybe its wrong if any one can helpme with portforward also I havent bought any host and I want to run server on internet without paying for the host.

Well I think so I ded that I kept the firewall onto the public....Please helpme Via teamviewr and do this thing for me...
