Port Forwarding Failure - DarkPulse524 - 16.04.2012

I Followed the tutorial that SA-MP gives but every time i go to whatsmyip and enter the ip i get into the SA-MP client, then turn the server on but all it says is retrieving info. But when i put the IPV4 address into the SA-MP client it connects right away. Can some one please tell me how to fix it.

You cant connect to myip Ip, only your firend can.

And make sure firewall doesnt block it.
