Contact your ISP to get you a static ip, or buy host.

Search on ****** or ******* i think there are Lots of way's to make your ip static but that may Harm your Router Or Modem
But give it a try

You have a dynamic IP which constantly changes. As said above, contact your ISP regarding receiving a Static IP address which doesn't change.

((Although, I recommend you purchasing your own hosting, much safer and reliable))

Yea becouse you might belonge to a backward country in which there are load shedding and so that your router restart or so.....You'd better to buy a host.
