Error and Samp-Server goes of straight away? - HarrySidwell - 15.04.2012

Hi, im doing a Serv and i Get this Error..



And i dont know how to fix it, AND..

You know you double click Samp-Server to turn it on? After i click it, it comes up, then goes back down straight away.. i dont know why..

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE

Well I'm not excactly using it to properly open a server I'm mainly using it to learn scripting , do you know how to solve the problem I have ?
