Please do you give me a very very very very simple gamemode (smalllllllllllllllll) without admin system(i have an other admin system)

I'm sure you'll find something you're interested in. We don't magically know what type of gamemode you're looking for, especially with that amount of detail.

I search a lot, and i didn't found a small gamemode(very very small without admin cmd)

Freeroam gamemode , but very small and simple

Browse the gamemode section. If you dont find a gm that you like, make it by yourself

if you want to get a small GM with some little cool stuffs

hire some scripter but if the scripter is scripting for food or for money then you need to pay him in little price (because it is little GM Only)

if you don't want a pay you script your own or find a scripter that will script for free

the game-mode you are really searching for is in your SA-MP server's game-mode directory. Search for lvdm I think it's the simplest free-roam game-mode.
