Which kind of racing genre do you like? Roleplay style or Arcade style
Roleplay style is you can get to have a career customize cars. But it has a problem , Newbies don't stand a chance to win because older members have more cash so better cars. I can't find solution to this
Arcade style is you get a pre-fixed car........and your score is only saved

Arcade, just the way San Andreas was designed. Roleplay is slow grannies.

Roleplay Like Need For Speed Start as a newbie racer :P
Arcade customise your car when ever you like. E.G In Drift games on SA-MP You can customise by using cmds

Roleplay could be "fixed" by (what someone else said) creating different levels/stages/however you want to call them. But then you'll need a lot of players to make sure each level has at least 3 people to race with. Racing on your own isn't really the stuff you're looking for
So I suggest just making Arcade...

Like weedarr said, racing with classes. Like newbies race against newbies and such, you earn a certain amount of money and rise in classes by upgrading your car.
