Compiling Problem - Project Vendetta RP - 14.04.2012

Hey guys,
I am using Pawno and I am trying to add stuff and edit stuff in a script but when I go to compile it says
"Error:
Unable to execute compiler.."
Please help because I need to compile this. Also when I open Pawno it says Failed to set data for "

Run Pawno as administrator or Open the Pawno,Click in Options and unmark "Associate With *.Pawn Files".
