Detect paused player? - Admigo - 14.04.2012

Heey all,

How can i detect if someone is in options menu(esc) or is alt + tabbed?
And how can i add paused above his head?
Please help me with this.

well simply set a timer for lets say 10/15 seconds and save the player's position into a global variable
then the next 10/15 seconds if the player is in the same pos he probabbly [Alt/tabed]
need example ?
