Please i want some help when i /makeadmin 1 1337 then playerid 5becomes admin or other thats bugged i hit one id and action goes with another how may i fix it?

Did but i had problem with something MSVCR.dll and downloaded something listed in the YSI download page but still it shows the problem MSVCR.dll is not...
