We don't get what you mean,you mean gamemodes?
EDIT:If you mean files/folders that belong to the default SAMP scriptfiles folder,you will probably need a saving system like Y_INI

I mean by Script Files: User Files of the Server like the Bans and so.....?

You can create them with File Functions
