Helpme i cant log into others server when others can it just says the server didnt respond.reconnecting.

Make sure you got the correct client version connecting to that server.

You sure you don't have the wrong client version? Try to download the last sa-mp version from here: sa-mp.com

Final official released version, is 0.3d R2, which can be downloaded from here:
http://sa-mp.com/download.php
Now, there's also 0.3e which is currently on develop and hasn't been yet officially released. You can download it though but you won't find many servers running this version. Here's download link:

I suggest using 0.3d R2, the first link I gave you, since almost all servers are using that version at the current moment.

You should also check if it is being blocked by your ISP. Places such as schools sometimes block online games etc.
