This guy created many topics about asking people to make him a server and most of em got deleted.
For once why dont you learn to script from here.You could even read the samp wiki.

That's not exactly right. Plenty of people will script for free, but not just for anybody though.

Also, calling scripters noobs who do it for free, is exactly the reason people don't that much.. the lack of respect out there.

Free scripters aren't always bad, but they're hard to find and their quality is (in general) lower than paid scripters.

Also, don't expect a lot of people willing to script you a roleplay server. Just get a nice gamemode from the forums and you're good to go.
