Why does this filterscript not log me in ? - Scripter12345 - 06.04.2012

Please tell me why this filterscript does not log me in, i setup a complete new (new.pwn) and edited nothing and put the filterscript with it and it still did not log me in automatically when it says it will

It's a filterscript? It doesn't have #define filterscript in it.
That may be why.

But it has in the filterscript pretty much if player is not registered to send the client the message " Please register " And it does that so obviously that must be working just please help me why does it not automatically log me in
