Hi all,i am trying to make the cityhall for my server but i dont know what id has the city hall interior.
So,what id has the cityhall interior?

I think it's called Planning Department

planning dept is id 14 ,and when i teleport to 14 it teleport to a stair.But in mta planning dept id 14 is city hall. What happening? how to telleport there?
