Samp 0.3d install error - [MNC]Azz - 05.04.2012

Every time I try to install it, this message comes up:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Couldnt find a solution...
I could have missed a thread with the solution, a link to it would be great

If you have Windows XP .

As a quick fix, I found that there is "UNBLOCK" button when you right click on the executable file, which will allow you to install the application.

I used a friend of mine called ****** and i found the problem within 2 mins, you should give it a try
