I used volt-host (linux)

Check whether you have missed any plugins or not.

Windows:

Update the .NET framework to 3.5 or better

Linux?

Type: setenforce 0

Ubuntu: apt-get install selinux

You're using 0.3e R5 while the plugins you uploaded are compatible to 0.3d R2 only. Downgrade your server to 0.3d R2 and wait for the official 0.3e release or upload the plugins compatible to 0.3e R5.
