When I open the samp-server window shows and quickly disappears, what schould i do?? I REALLY DO A OWN SERVER

Add exceptions in Windows Firewall for samp.exe
goto server_logs >>

make sure you changed the rcon password.

I couldn't load any gamemode scripts. Please verify your server.cfg
It needs a gamemode0 line at the very least. It says

You need to make sure that you .amx file is in the gamemode file, and make sure that it is spelled correctly in the server.cfg!

But when i save a pwn file no amx file save. And when i save a amx file it saves exact like the pwn file! Should it not be like this?: (40+4445$;"86;04:"?547:7;55;965"(^^""**)00+#!74+ #/8?(

You need the .amx file to run a server... press F5.
