You can access your control panel by logging into your account, and visiting Server Dashboard.

Just to know, on your server.cfg, on the gamemode line, have you changed your gamemode line for your gamemode?
That happens when you do not change it.(starting the grand larc)

Since he is not changing the gamemode line, the gamemode wich will start will be always grand larc.
Thats why some people should read the tutorials how to setup a game server, and after that order the host.
