Vehicles....Pls. Help me(+rep) - Xtreme Brotherz - 03.04.2012

I have a vehicle save file called vehicle_save.txt and vehicle_setup.txt

i want to make a command to write something into that file and save it...

the format of vehicle_save.txt is;
[CODE] Vehicle id ingame = Vehicle ID, X coordinate, Y coor.. , Z coor.

or suggest me the best vehicle system with vcall, and add vehicle ingame

i'm using satdm.. i want a commands so tht i can spawn a permanent car not temporary
