the caravan doesnt show up and i need help updating my ysi

and some dialog menus are bugged like i have one to create objects and ill select something then it closes and does nothing please help come in my teamspeak the ip is below and i also have a problem with my weather and time having a mind of its own im overwelmed and am horrible with this kind of stuff thanks for looking at this post and i have teamviewer on the server so come in my teamspeak if you can help
