When is 0.3e going to come in homepage of sa-mp.com...actually i tried this link:

BUt i can't play any servers with 0.3e.......why?? please help!!

0.3e is only in RC (Release Candidate) at the moment. It won't be on the homepage until it is fully released.

When its finshed, It's just rc's now, rc's is like test versions.. You can't play with 0.3e because it ain't many 0.3e servers yet..
look that it says 0.3e when u will join a server..

You can play servers on 0.3e but only those who support them, which are not many

0.3e is not officially released as its an RC. Once it is, it will be announced. They are still make changes / developing it.
