car menu script+cmds need help! - Denz - 31.03.2012

Hi i already searched such filterscript and i couldn't find one that actually works....
i don't want thouse systems who work on mysql i want a normal one that can build carshop menu with list of cars and their prices + some commands such as /lock /unlock /callvehicle /park and more.....
is there any script like that?
