pls help iam use this progrom RCON Control Panel - alking282 - 31.03.2012
pls help iam use this progrom RCON Control Panel and he get me banned hp and armor why and i can't unbanned my yourslef how i can unbanned me

Go to your server folder, and find "samp.ban" file. Open it with notepad or other program and delete everything inside it. Restart server and voila ... You're unbanned.
If you're not IP banned, go to scriptfiles and find your name file. Example: alking282.ini. Open it with notepad or any program and find if there's a Banned line or something. If there is, it probably is "true" or "1". Change true to false or 1 to 0
