Server Connection Issues - spd_sahil - 30.03.2012

my server and client version is both 0.3dR2 , but a problem is that , i can connect to my server when im hosting it at home , but others are not able to , they see the server on the client , but when they try to connect an error comes :- Server Not Responding

the server was working a couple of days back but not now..
