Freezes when game starts - Sebn - 29.03.2012

When I start SA-MP and go to a server, it runs normally.
When it comes to the screen where you are in game and are looking at the beach it freezes up.
Sometimes it goes white screen when I start SA-MP, but I have downgraded.

I have tried various installations of GTA:SA
