1.Click here:http://www.solidfiles.com/d/cf0c25f216/
2.then Put the GM into ur server GM folder and all Filterscripts to Filterscript Folder.
3.Open server.cfg & put the name of all filterscripts in it.
4.start samp.exe
5.Play server !!!

Just Download the pack add it and run samp.exe open the sa-mp 0.3d or whatever add 127.0.0.1:7777 and play

Guys i told you all...In that folder don't have a filterscripts...That is my problem...

what they mean is this is a full gamemode and probally does not have any filterscripts as its all inside the gamemode.
But youll need to add the plugins at the bottom of the release post.
