Double-O-Seven was a great scripter and I know his server which he's owning! I also know from there that he's German, so just go on the German SAMP-forum, register an account and send him a PM!

He ain't very active on sa-mp.de anymore. He offers other users to send him emails (not only PNs), though. Best would be to open a topic in the "Smalltalk" section there, I'm pretty sure that someone there is still in contact with him there.
