As Mark said, Nokia have alot of problems that include sometimes battery, and yeah they shutdown automatically very often once they're a bit old (Seen this alot) ...
And blackberry? Once they get full on memory, MAMMA MIA.... They lag like hell!
So if you ask me, I'd say either HTC or Sony ... :X
