IRC Echoing Problems - jotan. - 26.03.2012

Hello,
I followed the tutorial: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=241674

I did everything as It saids,I added the #include <irc> in my GM,added the plugin irc.so in my linux Volt Host server,edited FS which comes with IRC Plugin ( https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=98803 ),and the problem
Is that the bots DONT Connect to IRC Channel..

Can someone help please

EDIT:
CrashDetect helped me a little..but dont have a clue how to fix this
