On the LS:RP server, though I'm quite sure the drugs are a SA:MP thing.

It is their server scripts problem,Ask other players if they have the same problem.

I know the effect that crack gives, and it's not this, the sky is meant to have a red tinge and things like that.

it's a weather in SA:MP -.-'
It's used on script when you use drugs, you get this weather.
