Server crash when adding plugins - captainjohn - 26.03.2012

Hello everyone.

I have been having this problem for a while now.

Everytime I try and add a plugin such IRC or when I try and add ZCMD the server will just not show up.
I'm not sure why it's doing this, so that's why I am posting here, if anyone knows what's wrong?

Done and it still freezes up just like the photo shows.
