Plant the Bomb - 2KY - 25.03.2012

This gamemode is nowhere near complete, but I haven't used it in over 6 months, so I figured it's time to release it. I won't tell you much about it, mainly because I don't remember much. It uses Y_INI, ZCMD, and all the latest efficient systems. I really can't remember much more, but, maybe this code will help somebody somewhere, and that's what releasing things is all about, right?

I noticed, lol. Sad part is he never even repped me to begin with. Thanks for your input though, I commented most of the script on how to do things, so I figured I'd release it due to the fact that MAYBE someone could learn something out of the comments.
