2. Have you tried resetting it to factory settings and forwarding your ports again?
3. Have you checked to make sure your ISP isn't blocking the ports you have tried to forward?
4. Are you using a lan cable? // If yes then did you change which port in your router its plugged into?
5. Is your firewall on?

3. How do I check? Sorry for being a dumbass.
4. I'm using wireless
5. I've disabled the firewall against the ports + samp-server.exe
