if you reffering to /rcon gmx then it will restart.

no i mean there is a bug when i write a command for example /mask server restarts,

A callback may be interfering with the command (as seen on my friends server when he beta tests it). Make sure your includes of the sorts are updated, and make sure that the commands aren't bugged up. Is it just one command, or several?
