Change skin in water = anims break.

SA-MP bug, Just like jumping and changing skin would freeze your character.

Change your skin in a car = break the animation too

Skin change at when entering to vehicle = Freezing character -> Crash

You can fix this by using ClearAnimations(playerid) after setting a new skin.
